Super welcoming host with all the amenities of home.

Great location and all the amenities of home. Loved having access to a kitchen and Mychelle was super welcoming and even did our laundry (which was much needed after a week on Oahu first). We had our own bathroom to use and parking was included. It was a great place to set up home base for our stay on the big island.

There were no negatives.

Super clean and well maintained homestay

Note that my stay was basically just overnight: Extremely clean and well maintained, super close to the beach, beach gear provided, host repeatedly provided reassurances regarding safety (cleaning protocols, etc.), host available yet provided space, ample black out curtains, parking included

Just to note, it was fairly quiet, but the window of the room does face parking so if neighbors are loud or slam their car doors, it may be heard from the room.

WONDERFUL place to stay by the Magic Sands Beach in Kona

Mychelle is the perfect hostess. Very kind and friendly -- she even did my laundry!! The apartment is big, beautiful and VERY comfy. Lots of fun pictures on the walls. Nice private bathroom. Lovely porch in the back. 2-min. walk to a nice beach (and a very good restaurant/bar). Parking space included.

Wonderful experience

Mychelle is very helpful, and provides very useful advices for traveling. She even helped me to reserve a restaurant before i arrived. The room is very comfortable, big bed, fresh air, everything you need:)

Just like home!

Good location for beach, free trolly pick up and drop off in front of property( Walmart, target, restaurants, fast food and downtown) and great restaurant directly across the street!

Great stay, super host

Extremely clean, owner live here but not interrupt at all. Mychell even helped us to do laundry. She is very nice, gives suggestions what to do. Great locations, cross street is beach,but quiet to have a good sleeping. Will be back.

Great place, great value

The location is great, with the beach and a nice restaurant within easy walking distance. We enjoyed the pool as well. Michelle is a great host and was very helpful.

Exceptional

Mychelle is amazing and her place is very cozy. She makes sure you feel very comfortable. Location is amazing, short walk distance to Magic Sands beach with a gorgeous sunset!! The bed was very very comfortable. All was very clean. I love the little fan in the bathroom to keep it cool while you're getting dressed. I'll recommend it to everyone I know!

Just what we needed

Mychelle greeted us when we arrived and explained everything, it was a short walk to a great seaside restaurant, room was comfortable; we left early next morning so we can’t say much more but it worked out great for us.

We didn’t have enough time to try the pool or jacuzzi.

Mychelle is a great host, and you are right across the street from a world class beach. Just be sure to rent a car or a

fantastic location for beach access, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly host.

It felt like staying at a relative's house.

When my rental car had a problem, she kindly repaired it and contacted the rental car company. It seems that I came to stay at a relative's house, and I was able to request the kitchen and laundry.

The lighting in the kitchen and bathroom is novel. I was surprised because I like natural colors.

So close to the beach! Perfection!

The hostess is so sweet and easy to share a living space with. Helped us find everything we needed, and then some! So nice to have an assigned parking spot.

Mom & Me

My 80 year old mother and I just adored our stay! Michelle was very accommodating, flexible and friendly. She met us upon arrival. We parked very close to the elevator and her unit was also close. Upon entering she offered us a cold glass of water, showed us our room and how to work the TV's. She set up an extra sleeping spot for me on the couch so that Mom could have her own space. She also made me a lovely cup of tea then left us to enjoy our privacy. We were able to utilize her very clean kitchen and bathroom. I loved the colorful lights and could easily find my way at night. In the morning there was a lovely set up for coffee & more tea! Her place is spotless, comfortable and conveniently located near a waterfront restaurant. Mom and I walked to dinner and upon our way back met the local security guard. It felt very safe. Well lit and just a great place to be! Mahalo for opening your home to us! We'll be back!!

This is an amazing place, Mychelle is an amazing host, she was friendly, useful with tips and information about where to go what to do, you can feel she is an amazing person. The apartment is an amazing place, elegant, with a Hawaiian/Tropical touch. We are looking forward to come back and hopefully stay again here.
