Loved the location, tea and snacks provided and the free parking. The room was immaculate and very comfortable.
The downstairs rooms need better soundproofing in the ceiling. The people above were quite noticeable when they walked around!

Loved the cozy feel of the a comodation & the location was wonderful. Loved the coffee bar, milk choices & snacks👍🏻
The only thing we missed having was some ice, but we just bought some at a little local shop that was nearby.

Survey was very conveniently located in the Strawberry Bank area with access to many restaurants and facilities. There is great historical value as well in the area.

The Sailmaker's House couldn't be in a better location: right smack in the middle of Portsmouth's extraordinary (on this side of the Atlantic) concentration of historical houses and charming little gardens, small and peaceful yet easily walkable to jumping coffee spots and cultural sites. And though the building itself dates back to the early 1800s and the hotel celebrates that history, the rooms are modern, sleek, and comfortable and the shared spaces inviting and full of thoughtful touches.
Truly a tiny quibble: we would have liked a better landing spot for our dopp kit and toiletry bag (the glass shelf above the sink was a little shallow even for one kit).
