On the upside the rooms were clean and comfortable.
We couldn't check into our room until 4:20. No compensation was offered. We paid for 4/25/26 3pm- 11am 4/26/26.. breach of contract. We were tired and just wanted to check in at the promised time. We had to sit in a lobby full of young kids that were loud and literally running all over the entrance way.

We traveled to the area for a stressful medical visit. Exceptionally helpful staff— thank you Jenn— facilitated checkin for us and was very accommodating of our need for accessible shower. Our original room didn’t have one, so she quickly found us one that did and made the transition as simple as possible.
The room was impeccably clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great healthy breakfast options.
We started our day rested, well fueled and ready.
