did not get any breakfast. we had to leave around 5;30 am and breakfast wasnt starting until 6;30. breakfast needs to start earlier. most people like to get started on their trip early. bottom line- we did not get breakfast that we paid for
start breakfast earlier. Also, i paid for mt room in advance, 100% paid for, but the hotel said i had to present a credit card for "incidentals". clerk said incidentals were in case i tore up the room. im 75. i dont tear up rooms

I liked the fact that it was not owned or run by Indians from India. So sick of going to what use to be a chain and find it run by Indians. They try to maintain the facilities and are not knowledgeable.The breakfast are not well done either.
No biscuits and gravy.
