The character, location, the decor was amazing. Lovely old house. Nick was a great host.

We love old houses. We love that people take care of old houses and feel honored to be able to stay in them. Nick was very gracious. Hopefully, we'll be back and be able to enjoy the house and neighborhood more deeply.
The stain on the bathroom ceiling was surprising. I understand that old houses are hard to keep up (I had one myself) and I'm sure Nick will get around to painting it in time.

There was no parking facility. Street parking was stressful.
Everything needs to be updated. But Host Nick was very helpful and accommodating.
