Breakfast was good. Location of the hotel was very convenient for us. Restaurant service was also satisfactory.
I was shocked not to get hot water for taking bath around 5-30 A.M on 13 Oct. The geyser could not be switched on. I was further astonished not to get anybody in my floor (R No 305) to help me. There was none to receive my call also at the Reception. At last I went to the Reception, woke up an attendant and told him about the problem. He came to the second floor and switched on the geyser from some other room. I did not anticipate so much hassles for getting hot water in the toilet. I feel there must be someone at the Reception round the clock to help the boarders.

Location was fantastic. Very centrally located to all the popular malls in Siligudi.
Price is reasonable for the location and bare minimum facilities.
Service could have been better. The luggage boys were super helpful and friendly but unfortunately can't say the same of the front desk. They didn't even answer our phone when we called multiple times just to order some extra water.
