I like the location, the overall atmosphere, and cleanliness
I was given a room that did not match my booking. It was a handicap accessible closet sized room with no refrigerator or microwave. I don't blame the hotel, I blame booking.com.

Shuttle ride to theatre - totally, efficiently handled by the driver - there and back was very quick and effortless on my part. Suited my purpose of my stay.

The building itself is spectacular; a member of the Historic Hotels of America group.
I chose this hotel based on 2 things. I was driving between 2 cities and (a) this was a good place to stop overnight. While it cost more than I normally spend, I was happy to see that (b) the breakfasts were excellent as I don't stop for lunch when travelling. Sadly, excellent breakfasts no longer exist. They are not only out-sourced to a connected third-party cafe, they are only subsidized. I got a credit of $7 toward breakfast. As a latte was $6, the cost of the egg mcmuffin sandwhich was mine to cover. In addition, the cafe has a religious theme - all the artwork and the music was in the name of our Lord. Which I found to be totally inappropriate. While the facility is impressive, the cost for what goes with it anymore is not.
