My stay completely exceeded expectations! The high floor offered an incredible view, and the room itself was cozy, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the necessary amenities—including Netflix. A huge shoutout to the helpful security guards who guided me when I first arrived. Most of all, the host was hands-down the best I’ve ever had: proactive, caring, and constantly making sure I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip

We liked the clean and spacious room, the location and the friendly guy at the reception who offered a free welcome drink. He also called a taxi for us
Officially breakfast was offered, but when we went down, there was no sign of breakfast. The woman at the reception wasn't very friendly

連泊で利用しましたが、タオル交換と一緒に水もいただけて助かりました。清掃の方も愛想のいい方ばかりでしたし、楽しそうにお掃除する姿もみかけました！お掃除ありがう！と伝えたいです！匂い以外は、満足です！
1部屋がカビ臭く、連泊したらその匂いが取れず困りました。人と会うため、ららぽーとで洋服買いました…その部屋に当たった方は何か対策した方がいいかもしれません。探し物をするため、マットレスを動かしたら色々なものが落ちています。
