About this villa rental

Podere Circe is a 19th-century farmhouse located in the Circeo National Park, just 100 metres from the sea. The beautiful White Dunes of Sabaudia can be easily reached on foot in about 5 minutes.

Its location at the foot of the Circeo promontory provides a mild and pleasant climate, even during periods of extreme heat.

The accommodation occupies part of the farmhouse and is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a kitchen, dining table, fireplace and one bathroom. The living room leads to a mezzanine area, also on the ground floor, furnished with a double bed, two sofas, satellite TV and a private bathroom.

On the upper, attic-style floor, accessible by stairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom.

The private garden, which is maintained and irrigated daily, is equipped with tables, parasols and a barbecue. There are also two private parking spaces.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided upon request. The linen set includes two hand/face towels and one shower towel per person, at a cost of €10.00 + €10.00 per person. Payment must be made in cash upon arrival, and the linen is changed weekly by the cleaning staff.

The beach, both free and equipped, is just 100–200 metres away. Within the same distance you will find restaurants, beach kiosks, pizzerias and various opportunities for sports and outdoor activities.

The towns of Sabaudia and San Felice Circeo are both approximately 5 km away.
