The room they upgraded us was on the 5th floor, has magnificent view of Budva. I personally felt the 270 degree panoramic scene was more beautiful than the castle view of Budva (which we paid 7 euro pp to enter, but was a little below expectation). Front desk lady was very friendly. The hotel is 6 min walk from the only one Budva bus station. However, going to old town will take about 22 min. The room we had was the best room so far on our past 14 days traveling through Budapest, BIH (Sarajevo and Mostar), Montenegro (Perast, Herceg-Novi). We truly love what we had stayed and would have rated 6 stars if it had this option.
A bit more walk going to old town (22 minutes).

Room and balcony were lovely. Bed very comfortable. Parking was easy. Breakfast was good. Free water in the room.
Nightmare to find. No hot water for the first day. Reception not very helpful.
