The location of the apartment was great. It was in the centre of old town and close by to everything. The supermarket was around the corner making it easy to pick up groceries. Restaurants and points of interest were just around the corner. The kitchen had everything we needed to get by. The apartment was very spacious. We traveled with young children and the apartment had a crib, high chair and lots of toys and books for the kids to use. It was extremely hot during our visit to Colmar, but the apartment did have a fan for each room to use including the living room. The fans made the apartment just bearable, but that is no fault to the owner/apartment. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, but we do wish there was a clothes rack available to hang our clothes. The host was extremely easy to get ahold of and she allowed us to check in early AND check out late.
The shower nozzle was broken and wouldn't stay in place. The shower is also very awkward to get into and if you have any accessibility issues, it may be troublesome. There was a lot of stairs in the spiral staircase to go up to the apartment, so it was awkward getting upstairs with our luggage (we were able to park our stroller downstairs in the hallway which was great). There is an Irish pub across the alley (which has good food), but it can be quite noisy to people who are sensitive to noise. It didn't bother us; they actually had a great band playing one night that we enjoyed from our apartment. The pub is open Tuesday to Saturday until midnight.

Great location, very spacious apartment, good amenities, lovely hosts.
Not super clean, radiators didn't work too well, not well insulated from noise (lots of street noise).

Location is perfect! It is very easy to reach Christmas Market area because it is just in front of it:) House is very big and clean and easy to find.
There is nothing we do not like. As a suggestion, maybe foot towel could be better for shower. Paper towel could be fine if there is.

Flexible check-in timings, excellent host who checked in on us to make sure we had settled in. Perfect location for exploring Colmar and really spacious house. Great WiFi as well, we were able to work there for a few days.
Cleaner had forgotten to take towels out of the dryer - so it wasn't immediately clear that we could use these. Washing machine had also not been emptied, but didn't affect our stay as we didn't need to use it.

Great location, big and well equipped apartment for a family.
In two of the three nights we spent in the apartment there was a very drunk man shouting outside on the street and banging on the door, which was very disturbing.

Lovely homely apartment, spacious and bright, perfect for families. Well located in town with supermarket, bakery and shops round the corner.
Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with teas/coffees/oils provided.
There’s a popular bar eatery downstairs which closes quite late on weekends.

We had coffee and jam available for breakfast. The apartment is pretty comfortable.
The cleaning lady didn't speak English nor Spanish. She came a few moments after we had arrived and went right away even though we asked her to stay and do the cleaning since we were going out for sightseeing. She never came back. We still don't know if the apartment was clean even though it seemed so.

Everything was amazing, me and my daughter had the best time!
We recieved the code for the key 1 week prior to our arrival.
There were a lot of children games in the apartment, books... full equipped, everything clean, right in the city center. If we ever come back to Colmar, which I hope we will, we'll definitely book the apartment again! Thank you!
Maybe it's a little uncomfortable that the toilet is separate from the main bathroom, but this has nothing to do with the host, that's just the way the house was built.
