Great Location with amazing view of York Harbor. Plenty of open space between the different guest units. Nothing fancy but everything was great and room was comfortable. Seeing the Sun coming up every morning from your bedroom, Amazing.

Our units each had a balcony overlooking the river (if you're awake early enough, you can see the sunrise:-)

One unit was up a long flight of outside decking stairs, so wouldn't be easy for someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage (for us it was fine)

Breakfast was excellent! Full breakfast every morning from pancakes and scrambled eggs to fruit salad and yogurts and different breads and cakes. The location was beautiful! Picturesque to say the least. Beautiful harbor and short distances to other areas of Maine such as Ogunquit, Portsmouth, Kennebunkport and Old Orchard Beach. Just a charm and diamond in York Maine, my wife and I absolutely loved it!!!
