We loved our stay at Nival. Maria took such a great care of us. She was in frequent communication with us, making sure we are well taken care of. The best customer service we experienced in Europe. We were very grateful for that. We received a very warm welcome when we arrived. The room, although a bit tight for a family of four, was very clean and came with a huge terrace that looked out to the old town Chania. Location was exceptional. We had a lovely stay.
Consider renting two rooms if traveling with older kids. We left our large suitcases in Athens, and only traveled with backpacks, so it was manageable. However, the room was rather tight for a family of four.

We had an excellent stay. . Maria & Olivia were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Already booked for next year!
