Fantastic place to stay in Lavras Novas.

Absolutely wonderful, wonderful place to stay! So calm, cosy and tranquil! The chalet was very clean, good looking and comfortable. There’s also your own nice terrace with a hammock outside and a kitchen with all you need. I’d like to give a special mention to the breakfast! Brilliant! We had to leave early so the owners started to serve breakfast almost two hours earlier just because of us - a huge thanks!

Everything was great! We couldn’t pay with a credit card, but that’s a minor issue.

Exceptional

The rooms are beautiful & large, with a kitchenette and backporch. Very nice decor. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast area is big and bright, and the breakfasts are excellent with many choices. The owners, Jose and his family, are fantastic hosts and made our stay very enjoyable. Definitely will stay at Chale Serra dos Encantos again when we return to Lavras Novas.

A acomodação estava impecável, fomos muito bem recepcionados juntamente com nossa cadela (inclusive a varanda possui grades que facilitam pra quem tem cachorros grandes). O café da manhã é simples, mas delicioso. A localização é boa, próximo a bons restaurantes. Amei a experiência.

Limpeza, localização.

Quando reservei o Booking.com informou que não aceitavam crianças mas de manhã cedo o barulho que é normal nesta fase era bastante audível no quarto ao lado.
