The apartment was very dirty and old!

Nous avons passé 10 jours en vacances avec 2 enfants.
Les point positifs sont: la piscine ( y aller plutôt le matin vers 10h car personne), la location ( très bien situé) et la vue sur la mer.
Par contre, certains meubles sont vieux/ cassés et inaccessibles ( ce qui dommage car perte de place), le canapé lit est rustique, pas de lumière au balcon et enfin pour notre check in la proprietaire ne répondait plus à mes messages car je n ecrivais pas en espagnol. Nous avons eu peur de ne jamais récupérer les cles mais quand je l’ai contacté en espagnol ( merci Google translate) elle a ete reactive.
Pour le rapport qualité /pris, je recommande cet appartement.

EN GENERAL, PERFECTO
He estado alojada durante una semana con mi marido y mis hijos pequeños. La ubicación del apartamento inmejorable, 1ª línea de playa, piscina, feria, supermercado, restaurantes, comida para llevar, todo a mano. Si que es verdad que el mobiliario no es moderno, pero para pasar una semana, está genial. Además hay sombrilla y hamacas para la playa, es un plus ya que te evitas tener que llevártelas o comprarlas allí. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega, diría que a la piscina le da muy pronto la sombra. El trato con Mercedes la dueña, genial, muy amable y atenta. Si decido volver a Cullera no descarto volver allí.

Ubicación y vistas
Lo mejor es la ubicación y las vistas. Mobiliario anticuado y faltaba un poco limpieza.
Por lo demás esta bien.

Una semana
Nos ha gustado mucho, era lo que buscábamos para una semana. Está detrás del restaurante Mare Nostrum y Bariloche. En primera línea, si no fuese porque está la piscina. La propietaria Mercedes , es una persona muy amable y te ofrece confianza. El piso además tenía cosas con las que poder tirar hasta hacer compra ya que entramos un Domingo y el Mercadona estaba cerrado. En todo momento puedes hablar con Mercedes.

Estupendo
Ubicación perfecta para estar en la playa tranquilo ya que no había más de dos filas de sombrillas en la playa. La gente respetaba el espacio entre toallas. Se ve la playa desde la terraza. Esta a cinco minutos de lo que es el centro ideal para evitar aglomeraciones. Mercedes la casera muy maja y dispuesta a resolver cualquier problema.

Nette Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf das Meer
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser netten kleinen Unterkunft mit schönem Blick auf´s Meer. Die freundliche Vermieterin Mercedes hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und Dank praktischen Internet-Übersetzern war die Kommunikation sehr gut. Badetücher und Handtücher standen uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Sowie auch eine Waschmaschine. Eine kleiner Schaden an der Toilette wurde im Handumdrehen beseitigt. Die Einrichtung sowie Küche könnte in naher Zukunft eine kleine Modernisierung gebrauchen aber ansonsten waren wir gut zufrieden. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, vieles konnte fußläufig erreicht werden, ansonsten stand unser Mietwagen in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich direkt am Haus. Vielen Dank Merceses, wir kommen wieder.

Estuvimos muy a gusto los días que nos alojamos allí. Piso con vistas al mar, muy acogedor y limpio. Ideal para pasar unos días con todo lo necesario. La propietaria muy simpática y siempre disponible a ayudar. Sitio a tener en cuenta para volver. ¡Muchas gracias!

Somos una familia con dos niños, mi nombre es Enrique, y comentar simplemente que el apartamento muy bien todo, un saloncito con un sofá cama donde dormían mis niños y otro mueble cama que al final no utilizamos,
El cuarto de baño y la cocina perfecta, limpios y muy prácticos,
La habitación con dos camas muy bien ya que los colchones eran nuevos de viscoelati.
Mercedes la mujer propietaria encantadora, simpática y nos dio todo tipo de facilidades,. Había sabanas y toallas a nuestra disposición, sombrilla y sillas de playa también tenia en el apartamento, así que las que llevamos nos sobro.
las vista maravillosas, es un decimo piso pero con dos ascensores donde no había ningún problema. se ve todo el mara y el paseo marítimo,
Estábamos a 10 metros del paseo y de la playa.
Sin ninguna duda que repetiremos el año que viene . Gracias Mercedes por tu amabilidad. Besos

El apartamento estaba genial, baño nuevo, cocina nueva y con todo el equipamiento. una terraza con unas vistas a la playa espectaculares. la verdad todo genial. por poner algo regular el sofá cama del salón que estaba ya viejito y muy usado. Mercedes la propietaria encantadora y muy amable. y el sitio donde esta, fenomenal cerca de todo. RECOMENDABLE.

C'est la 2ème année que je loue cet appartement et je m'y sent toujours aussi bien !La propriétaire est très sympa ,l'appartement est un peu vieillot mais confortable ,fonctionnel et surtout très bien situé ...et la vue sur la mer est magnifique !Idéal pour passer de très bonnes vacances en Espagne !

Apartamento sucio y muy viejo...
Lo mejor que tiene el apartamento es la situación, primera línea de playa, con piscina, etc. aunque por la noche con las ventanas abiertas hay bastante ruido debido a los tres restaurantes que se encuentran a pie del apartamento y suben olores a comida que te obligan a tener todo cerrado. El apartamento está muy anticuado, a nuestra llegada estaba sucio, con arena de la playa por todos los lados, el baño sin limpiar, con restos de pelos.... Las paredes hace bastante tiempo que no se han pintado. El sofá del comedor es insufrible, no hay forma de sentarte en él y tiene mucha suciedad. En la cocina no hay un recipiente ni cubierto limpio, se tuvo que limpiar todo antes de poderse usar...una pena. Los colchones de la habitación están para tirarlos a la basura, son de muelles viejos y menos mal que nos llevamos nuestras propias sábanas y toallas...las del apartamento son muy viejas. El parking...si se encuentra completo no se puede aparcar, tienes que estar pendiente de que salga alguien y corriendo aparcar, sino, te toca dejarlo en la calle.
Hemos vuelto de las vacaciones muy decepcionados y desde luego sin ninguna gana de volver a alojarnos aquí.

Apartamento ideal sobre toda para ir con niños pequeños, primera línea, restaurantes y tiendas al lado, piscina, todo según lo descrito. El parkin un poco justo, mejor para no moverse durante la estancia. La playa ideal. El trato con la propietaria perfecto.

"Surtout ne pas louer en Novembreet chez cette personne. Appartement glacial, un tout petit radiateur bain d''huile, ne fonctionnant que sur 1 prise de la maison Impossible de déplacer l"appareil.Dans différentes pièces ampoules grillées. Toutes les poeles de la cuisine, été rayaées et non nettoyées.La personne venue nous receptionner ne parlait qu''Espagnol, et nous attendait sur la digue, avec accès interdit aux véhicules!!!!.A notre départ, bien que le RV ait été pris pour 10 h 00 du matin , elle ne s''est pas présentée.Avec l''aide du concierge, nous l''avons appelée, elle nous a donné des arguments, pour son absence, qui ne tenaient pas debout.Il ne s''agit pas d''un handicap, du à la langue, l''ayant fait appelé en semaine par une franco espagnole.Nous l''avons attendue jusque 10 h 30 et avons été obligés de retéléphoner pour s''entendre dire qu''elle était restée chez elle.Chaise de Sà M plastique de jardi; support de lavabo félé.Literie plus que basique.Linge de maison fourni très moyen.Grille pain ne fonctionnant pas.Porte des toilettes et S de bain ne fermant pas."
