About this chalet rental
Nestled in Las Rozas de Madrid, this lovely chalet for $483 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The house is located in the private estate "Molino de la Hoz" in the foothills of the Sierra de Guadarrama Natural Park, municipality of Las Rozas de Madrid. LITA MILOCA is characterized by the atmosphere offered within the silent natural environment and peaceful, that together with the comforts, services and our attentions, will make you feel like in your own. Because it is a residential area, no hustle or music is allowed that could impede the rest of the neighbors in the established hours. DAY OF ARRIVAL Upon arrival, we will give you all the information you need about the house and other aspects of your interest, in order to get a very pleasant stay in 'LITAMILOCA We will be pending during the 24 hours. of your needs, without hardly noticing our presence. Maximum privacy The fixed schedule of entry is from 18:00 h, from your reservation date, and for your departure before 1:00 p.m. We can be flexible - Internet with Wi-fi, (fiber optic) - Parking - BBQ - Pool - Pub - Tennis court - Board games (cards, dominoes, parchís, chess, etc.) FEATURES OF THE HOUSE More than 450 m2 inside for the use and enjoyment of our customers distributed in the two main floors (the house has 3). Upper floor: (heating, individual air-conditioning) -Bedroom 1 (main): hall-distributor with access to the bathroom and bedroom, double bed 160 cm, TV, desk, chest of drawers, sofa, armchair and two bedside tables, (you can include a bed or cot). -Bedroom 2: 2 beds with the possibility of including two more (not included in price-see rates), direct access to shared bathroom with bedroom number 3 (bathroom equipped with shower cabin and Turkish bath, and 3 more pieces). -Bedroom 3: (2 single beds) -Library with space for reading and board games. - TV room-with DVD Ground floor (Common areas) -Room 1 (main): furnished and decorated with taste, suitable for family reunion; with access to upper floor by appropriate wooden staircase and other common areas (dining room, enclosed porch and another living room area with fireplace). -Lounge 2 (winter corner): Very cozy in that season, next to the fireplace, and its adequate decoration provides a magical environment for reading. In this space you can also enjoy TV. -Friendliness of courtesy -Dining room for 8 people. -Porche 1: cozy at any time of the year, with access to the garden, adapted to enjoy table games. -Porche 2: also with access to the garden, where you can enjoy breakfast, and family dinners during the summer season, if desired. -On the rest of the ground floor are the kitchen, and the laundry area and service bedroom (private owner area) EXTERNAL AREAS: (2600 m2): Suitable and prepared to organize all kinds of events and family celebrations, (birthdays, baptisms, communions, weddings, parties, etc.) -Garden; Lawn and trees carefully maintained throughout the year, provide a homogeneous integration into the mountain environment. - Pergola- Barbecue-Bar: Next to the pool, You can enjoy the bar counter while preparing a barbecue to enjoy with yours. -Swimming pool with shower, non-slip pavement and available all the from May to November. Underwater lighting makes the nighttime baths highly placid on the hot summer nights. -Tennis court. Here you can enjoy with your family and friends a tennis match. It is also valid for activities with children, and safe for the enclosure of the court .. -Department with toilet and shower -Parking area. -We provide information and / or support for any tourist activities you want to undertake. I stayed at the property with my husband and three other family members (all adults). We arrived late on a Sunday and Isabel had cooked tapas for us as requested. Isabel cooked for us most nights and all meals were lovingly prepared taking into consideration our dietary requirements and very tasty. There was always drink around if we wanted it. Both Isabel and Tony did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house is beautiful and luckily the weather to match. We were sad to leave this lovely home and its welcoming owners.

We had the best break ever and Isabel was absolutely incredible. She made us feel like we were in our second home and nothing was too much trouble. Isabel's food is also amazing, we'd definitely recommend eating in as it was some of the best Spanish food we've ever had.

The house is a beautiful traditional Spanish style that has a lot of details providing a cozy and warm environment. The garden is an oasis of a picture perfect resort with tons to do in great weather. My favorite was having a tennis court right in the back yard. Our host, Isabel, was accomodating, friendly and helpful in all aspects. Isabel recommended a private tennis teacher that allowed me take up tennis again after leaving it for 20 years. It was a real treat. My twin girls thoroughly enjoyed Dingo - the german shepherd in the yard. Isabel helped provide a playful and relaxing environment by promoting family activities for us to enjoy her beautiful garden and great weather in May-June. You can't run out of relaxing things to do: tennis, pool, swing/hammock, climbing tree, or just relaxing everyday with a great view for breakfast/lunch/merienda/dinner in the picturesque landscaping. I would recommend this home to anyone. Isabel's hospitality is so warm and welcomed - she helped to make our stay feel like our "home away from home" :D

You will not find a better place to stay in Madrid! Isabel and her husband are the most hospitable guests you will find. Not only is this property a 5 Star property, the service is 6 star! If you want to be spoiled, taken care of and experience luxury at it's best, you will not find anything better than Isabel and her outstanding property and service.

We have just had the most wonderful five days at Isabel's house. We arrived very late and were greeted warmly by Isabel and Tony, who had prepared a lovely meal for us after a long day of travelling. Our 5yr old daughter was so excited to be included in the late meal and this then became the norm for the rest of our stay. Isabel prepared all our meals for us, catering for my husband, myself and our three children. We all ate together, which meant the children submerged themselves into 'Spanish life' eating their evening meal at 9:30pm! They quickly realised that a siesta was a necessity and it all worked very well. Isabel would bring them all a snack at about 6pm to keep them going until dinner time. All our meals were delicious and we sampled a wide range of Spanish cuisine and some lovely wine. We were also allowed to help ourselves to the bar and keep a note of what we had drunk, which was added up at the end of our stay. We had the run of Isabel's beautiful house and garden. The bedrooms were very comfortable and all had ensuit bathrooms and although we spent most of our time in the garden by the pool, there was plenty of space indoors had the weather not been so good. All the bedrooms were air conditioned, which was wonderful given the heat this summer!
Isabel and Tony create the perfect balance between waiting on you as if you are in a five star hotel and allowing you to relax in their house as if it were your own. They were wonderful with the children, treating them like part of their family.
The house is within easy reach of Madrid airport and very close to a fantastic fashion outlet, restaurants and supermarkets. However, we really didn't need to leave the house much as we were so well looked after. Overall it was extremely good value and we would highly recommend it to family and friends. We just returned from a 10 days’ vacation in Spain and I would say that one of the great memories we’ll keep is our stay at Isabel’s house. The house is beautiful, clean and located in a very quiet and prestige private residential area north of Madrid (the coolest place to be in the summer).
It was our first experience renting a house with full service and we liked it, perhaps because Isabel did an amazing job making us feel at home. Her cooking skills and willingness to please us were outstanding along with her professionalism and class.
Don’t think about it twice – I highly recommend Isabel’s house if you are looking for a beautiful, well located and super clean house with excellent service and prices.

We have just returned from a week at Elizabeth House as a party of 9 (6 adults and 3 children). The house is situated in Molinos de la Hoz, which is a lovely location about 30 minutes outside Madrid and very good access to supermarkets, shops and the local villages.
From the moment we arrived at Elizabeth House, Isabel and her family made us feel very welcome. We chose the Dinner, Bed and Breakfast option and the food that Isabel prepared each evening was fantastic! Each meal was cooked to perfection and throughout the week we sampled a wide variety of delicious food.
The house was extremely spacious and there was plenty of room for the toddlers to explore, both inside and outside. The swimming pool area was also great, as well as the outdoor bar.
We paid an extra charge for our rooms to be cleaned daily and they were extremely well maintained - 5 star cleanliness!
The hosts, Isabel and Tony did such a fantastic job and were so kind to us - also making the 3 children feel very welcome.
Overall, it is like being in a luxury hotel but having the whole place to yourself!
Thank you for everything, we will certainly hope to come and stay with you again and would recommend to all.

We stayed one week at the Isabel house. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and very well kept. We were treated like family instead of being a visitor. Isabel made wonderful meals that were healthy and just what our family requested. The home was plenty spacious for our family of 7. Our children were treated like grandchildren to Isabel. The yard was perfect for our children, swings, tennis court, (a swimming pool, for the summer.) We could not have found a better holiday home with caring, generous and a welcoming host.
