The hotel itself is modern, clean and very good overall. Rooms are spacious and reception staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is 10mins walk from Las Matas train station with trains running into Madrid every 30mins at 25 and 55 each hour.
On the negative side, the bar and restaurant don’t open until 8pm in the evening and not at all on Sunday. So if you check in at 4pm or so then you’re at a bit of a loose end if you want food or drink because the hotel is in a bit of a remote location with few other establishments near by. This is somewhat offset by them having a vending machine that has wine etc and some snacks but having the bar open earlier would be a great bonus. The restaurant food was fine, but the restaurant staff could be more friendly and helpful.

Very spacious, big atrium which you would think would carry noise, but it doesn’t. Well air conditioned. God location for public transport to Madrid. Excellent value breakfast. Pleasant staff.

I liked the apartments, they were realy spacious and warm.The etaff was polite and the breakfast good.I recomand the fruits, realy tasty and local.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay for a parking a spot in their underground parking. 10 euros/night.
I did not like the fact that I could not pay for that parking and the breakfast one night before check-out and I had to wait until morning even though I told them I have to wake up at 5 am to catch my flight and it would be more comfortable for me to pay the night before. Also I spent almost 20 minutes to pay that and to get my invoice as one of the staff from reception did not know what he was doing. He also said I could leave after I left the keys, but I reminded him that I have to pay first the breakfast and the parking....
