The staff were lovely and very helpful and the location was excellent. The roof top terrace was great with fantastic views and it was good to have free coffee and tea available.
The room had no windows and there was a stain on the bedroom wall which didn’t look good.

It is in the heart of Old City,, with a nice rooftop with view on the sea. Very hospitable people.

The manager was excellent.
The staff very nice.
The roof terrace was amazing.
Both my rooms were excellent, the sea view was lovey. I booked in advance and changed my booking, and the manager went out of his way to accommodate. Very grateful.
It needs a breakfast bar on the roof terrace.

Kind staff, but avoid the economy option!
While the staff members are polite, the economy rooms are hidden in the second basement with zero light. It feels like staying in a windowless box. When I asked to change rooms, they demanded extra money. For that kind of budget, you can get a better room at a different hotel
