The Staff was very helpful to point out the best restaurants and loacl attractions in the area.
The spread and quality of the 50,000 KrW breakfast could be a lot better

Beautiful views beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and always helpful even though we had a language barrier at times.
Not enough plugs near the beds.
Safe wasn’t working.
Staff was always super friendly, but we had some communication issues — only a few people had very good English skills. Made things a little tough for needing concierge services but they were so nice we are making the comment now for hope that they will make an emphasis to help retain and train the front facing staff. We hope to be back soon!

Nice views
Second time staying there but the staff always do not seem too familiar with the payment/invoicing process.
The rooms do not have iron, unusual for a business hotel.
I needed my clothes laundered for business meeting, it was not collected and no reason was given. I had to call and ask to find out that the laundry service was out that day.
