Exterior grounds, with lots of green areas, buildings exterior that are typical of the region, including a replica of a Willy’s upfront.
Rooms are small and breakfast is horrible with little options. Some areas near the pool and pathways need lots of cleaning.

Beautiful and Typical Hotel with beautiful gardens and simple but comfortable rooms. We also liked It’s location near the Parque del Café. The food was good but not varied.
We think this hotel has everything to give a perfect experience but it lacks of creativity and of service! People that attend are nice but not proactive to give the guests the best service! They do not take advantage of the facilities to offer the guests different options to stay in the hotel.

They do not offer you anything. For example one day we stayed all day at the pool and nobody came to offer us some food and beverages!
The food is good but they always give the same flavors all days and do not promote the food of the Region that is delicious!
The hamburgers are terrible! The cocktails are terrible!

"Beautiful garden with lots of friendly animals. Bog pool, which was very clean and in perfect condition. We stayed in the deluxe room with a very big super king size bed. Great stay"
