It’s in a convenient location for travelers since it’s right behind the station; you’ll need to take the bus to get to the city center, but it’s only a few hundred meters away.
It’s very nice, with a wide variety of breakfast options; I recommend it for anyone arriving by train fro

A really large and spacious room. Compared to the size of rooms in Tokyo, this one seemed huge. The hotel is located near the station. It’s very easy to get to. The room’s windows faced the car park, which ensured peace and quiet, even with the windows open. A very generous breakfast selection.
The only downside was the poor internet connection, which I had to switch off and use my eSIM instead. But that didn’t really bother me.

The front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating - our requests for our rooms to be close to each other. Breakfast is good value for money, you get a mix of Japanese and Western fare and the cafe faces the main street which was lined with golden gingko leaves when we were there. Even if your booking via booking.com doesn't come with breakfast, you can ask them if you can add on and make the payment when you are there. The onsen is nice and we all loved how we could use it to unwind at the end of the day.
The rooms were a little tight and you can barely open a suitcase in them - or at least the moderate ones we got. Also, the layout isn't the best but it was pretty standard for most Japanese hotels. This hotel was also the most spartan amongst all we had stayed this trip, no tea, no coffee, basically just a room.
