The staff, they are very supportive and helpful. The room was excellent with amaizing views. Our floor was on first-floor, Aged people might find difficult to go to first form. There are plenty of rooms in ground floor. No need to worry about it The breakfast for 20 Lari was excellent and coffee was delicious. There is a children's play area with swings on the property. My daughter loved it and I her words, this is the best hotel we stayed so far. I strongly recommend NoA for those are looking for a stay in Kazbaki region.

We stayed in the Family Suite for one night and we had a great time! The owner was very kind and accommodating. We loved

The room aesthetics, furnishings, comfort, owner hospitality, and the mountain view!!

Glass windows are see-through from the outside and only very slightly tinted. Also, left the window slightly open at night to let air in since there was no AC, so a few moths got in.

It was a complicated experience ;-)

(2) But on the other hand, the hotel was good quality, and the most important - the two women from the staff were so helpful and kind. They were very, very careful, and they tried to help us in so many ways and make our visit the best experience that it was possible. So - finally, I recommend it. We started with quite a bad attitude, but we finished with love for the staff ;-)

(1) On the one hand, we arrived at the hotel and it turned out that we were the only guests (in a not-so-small hotel in July!) and there were only two women on the staff who didn't speak English and we couldn't communicate effectively. The rooms weren't all that equipment that is written on Booking and we hadn't access to all the amenities that we expected.

Comfortable stay in Kazbegi

Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing a hot water boiler, plates, and cups when we asked for them. There was a nice view, and the room was sparkling clean when it was presented to us!

Unfortunately, during our stay, there was some issue with the city providing water to the property, so we had to contact the staff every time we needed water. Hope this gets fixed quickly!

We stayed for 2 nights and the owner of the hotel was so nice and accomodating. The hotel was very clean and seem newly decorated and the view from the balcony was fantastic.

The only downside was it was all the way to the top and it was an uphill walk to reach the hotel and we get a little lost because we couldn’t find the main entrance. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located a bit far from the village and two small buildings are being constructed just belong to the hotel : do not expect to see the same view as displayed on the pictures on booking but rather bricks.. a bit disappointed but otherwise the place is nice

Wow, did we love this hotel! Situated on a hillside above Stepantsminda, the view across the valley is nothing short of breathtaking. Our room was beautiful with a great view of Mount Kazbek. Waking up to that was just wonderful. The staff is so very friendly. We were even able to get our laundry done overnight. There is a lovely lobby and a beautiful outdoor seating area. The city center is a 10 minute walk. The bed was very comfortable. I loved everything about this place. It is currently under construction, but don't let that fool you. Probably the nicest hotel we visited in Georgia. Highly recommend.

Sensational view over both mountain ranges! The room was clean, bright, and the host did his best not to miss anything! He also served us coffee and talked to a driver from the city to walk around the area at a great price.

The internet was pretty bad, noise during the day due to a tractor working at the pension, and the most disappointing was the fact that it took me more money than on booking.com! Impossibility to pay by card, although on booking.com he wrote that they accepts! Very bad road to accommodation

Fabulous

The rooms was super cute although a bit small. Rooms are appealingly done and clean. The views from the room *(of the mount Kazbeg & Gergeti church) is amazing ! The hosts are kind & good !

There is still work going on in the hostel- no reception, muddy grounds. Walls are thin- We had the lower room and someone had the TV on at 1 in the night and I could not sleep :(
