Nie rozumiemy negatywnych opinii dotyczących tego hotelu. Przecież to miejsce dla trekkingowców, a nie lwic hotelowych. Może i niektóre sprzęty były zużyte, ale za to organizacja miejsca i stosunek personelu rekompensował te braki. Zarządzająca niezwykle lotna i pomocna. Wdrożone procedury postępowania spójne i przemyślane, tak, żeby wszystkim ułatwić życie. Dostępna ładowarka dla samochodów elektrycznych. Obiadokolacje w 2 wersjach cenowych, bardzo smaczne. Śniadania podawane rano, co nie zaburza planów wędrówkowych. Wreszcie sklep zaopatrzony w ważne produkty dla trekingowców. Gdyby ktoś wolał tańszą wersję obok dostępne pole namiotowe.
Jedynie lekko zużyte sprzety, ale to nie miało dla nas dużego znaczenia.

Comoda per chi sta affrontandonil gr20 e ha bisogno di una sosta dai rifugi.
Camere poco pulite e trasandate (nulla in confronto ai rifugi del gr20 ovviamente). Carte di credito accettate a partire dai 20€. Colazione non effettuata perché possibile solo dalle 7 di mattina e comunque costosa (se sto facendo il gr20 é molto probabile che io debba partire prima)
