The location was excellent. Close to many bars, restaurants and great shopping.
also in walking distance to the river. The facilities were great.
The pillows were a bit high and hard. It would have been nice to have had a selection.

The pool and restaurants are beautiful
The staff were so lovely and very accommodating
the room was a great size
the breakfast in-room dining menu was a bit ordinary but the other food options onsite make up for it

The location in the heart of James Street precinct was fantastic.
The room was spacious and had a little balcony so we could get some fresh air.
The large windows let in a lot of wonderful daylight.
The noise from people in the hallway was audible and we could hear a child crying in a neighboring room.
There were no toiletries or treats supplied, e.g., toothbrush, biscuit to have with tea, etc. and we expect a tiny something like that at $800/night.
The staff were a bit disinterested.
We didn’t use the pool because it’s infront of a fine dining restaurant with no privacy and that felt awkward.

The facilities and restaurants were great
Hospitality and customer service of all staff members come across was appalling… no chatty manner or recognition of your presence. Very forgetful and wouldn’t follow up on multiple occasions when things were requested
