The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean with good view of the street. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very nice - new and clean with a generous supply of towels. All in all, a very positive experience - excellent value for the money.
The room was a bit plain, it could use a bit of decoration or carpets, etc. But everything was very clean and the general experience was very good!

The location was great for what we went for. 10 mins from the Real Madrid stadium.
Can Bea little noisy at night. We was on the street side so during the night could hear the traffic. Minimal stuff in room. And found it a bit over priced for what we actually got.

what I liked about the property is that it was close to other areas and there was places to eat nearby
The property is old. The bathroom toilet paper container was damaged. There was no AC on being that It was cold outside. I come from the United States and we have air conditioning in the house even if it’s 60° outside. The tables has scuff marks it look rundown.
