It smelt amazing. So yummy. Really nice feel to it. Great central location. Clean. Nice touches in the room with teas and a robe.
Reception team were really helpful at supporting us to find the best things to do and places to eat. Dog bowls and little treats for the dog plus a bed was a seriously nice touch for my pooch!.
The room wasn’t like most of the pictures, so it didn’t quite meet expectations when I arrived. However the room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Just not the wow factor of the pictures

Wine waiter was a little grumpy when we dared to suggest his wine was past its best. He did change though!
