Aceptable.Debido al ruido del tráfico, la ventana no aislaba del sonido.

No desayunamos allí,

La cama un poco dura y como la habitación daba a la calle principal el ruido del tráfico resultó incómodo, a las 5-6 de la mañana hacía de despertador.

Estancia muy agradable.

La ubicación es excelente, a un paso del castillo. Habitacion muy cómoda y silenciosa. Personal muy atento.

El desayuno no es buffet...se pide en la cafetería un café o Colacao con un pincho o una bollería además del zumo de naranja natural. Solamente 5 habitaciones de fumadores y no nos tocó., a pesar de haberla solicitado.

We will be back….

We have now stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Great location and tremendous value for money. Staff friendly. Secure underground parking for our motorbikes. I'm sure we will be stay again.

Great stay here and well placed for the Camino route.

Lovely room and bath and well placed by the castle.

Staff were not over helpful and left my passport out on the side for anyone to take.

I wouldn’t stay here again

Room was decent with a queen bed, nice bathroom with a tub, good desk.

Lots! The reception would not allow check-in until 1500…a blanket refusal without even checking to see if an individual room is actually ready. VERY uncommon in the industry - if the room has already been cleaned, there is nothing gained by making the guest wait. And, seriously, does ANYBODY really believe that NONE of the rooms are clean at 1459, and ALL of the rooms are clean at 1500? Major power trip with the staff. Once in the room, the advertised air-conditioning does not allow you to control the temperature - you get 23 C no matter what. It’s not really air-con, it’s more like a glorified fan. The advertised WiFi was not working - did not even show up on the list (on my phone). TV menu functions are disabled so that it is impossible to try to set the audio to English. This is for channels that DO have a English track. All in all, the staff here go out of their way to make things difficult for their customers.

Comfortable and clean room/hotel in excellent location

Perfect location for starting to walk the Camino Invierno. All staff were professional and very helpful. would stay here again if in Ponferrada.

Friendly, accommodating, great value for money.

Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The close location to the Templar castle, just a few steps, was a real bonus, as was the garage parking below the hotel. The availability of both a cafe and restaurant, on site, was ideal following a long day's drive. The location was ideal for a day out to Santiago de Compostela, as well as other shorter journeys to local historic villages and the coast. Overall, great value for money.
