A really lovely family friendly hotel also suitable for adults. The hotel was beautiful and staff incredibly friendly and helpful. They have thought of everything! We went for our baby moon and I forgot my pregnancy pillow but they had them on hand which was great and saved me a good nights sleep. Rooms very comfortable too and it was great to spend time in the spa during adult hours. They offer great activities for the kids so when our little one is here and older we will be back!
A few small things in the room could have been repaired (toilet flush and tap) just to make them feel like there were no issues. Breakfast was good quality but I’d say the food in general needs better options as we chose to eat meals elsewhere. It was the last day of the outdoor pool use but that could’ve been a bit cleaner.

There is so much ab this place: location, facilities, deco, gardens, services, food. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I think it is quite expensive. Maybe bc I booked only a few days from the visit?
Plenty of options for breakfast but I didn’t find it great.

It wasn’t advertised as a family hotel on Booking.com
There are lots of families and children, including in quieter spaces and the pool which can be quite unrelaxing and loud

It is a friendly hotel but it needs a lick of paint and improved breakfast
Too many noisy children that are allowed to run around the hotel by parents
