bella struttura in posizione strategica che, grazie alla vicina autostrada, permette di raggiungere comodamente Palermo, Trapani e dintorni. Colazione ottima, compreso il personale cordiale e gentile, con vista sul golfo di Castellammare

Room was wonderful, very spacious, well equipped and clean.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Good air conditioning.
Quiet location but near to train station, restaurants and bars.
Restaurant was not open during our stay so we were unable to get food, apart from breakfast, during the day/evening. This was not a major problem but we were not told this when booking.
Would have been useful to have had some information in our room about the hotel & spa services.
There was a good supply of tea and coffee but no milk.

The room was clean and there was a fridge in the room.
First of all you write with capital letters luxury spa hotel, but you have to pay extra for the spa. Second of all the pool in the pictures is a tiny swamp with no more than 3 m2 - I mean if two small kids go in it is a crowd. I assume that was the manager, bumped into to me and didn't even excused himself.
And the worst thing of all - the breakfast is a disaster. No eggs - none - nada ,very poor choice of bread, cheap juice and no milk for the cereal. I mean this hotel doesn't deserve the rating that it has.
