The location. The free bar for coffee/tea, cold water. The lovely garden where you can go and relax in peace. Helpful staff
The small bed and that our room looked nothing like the pictures on your website. Much smaller and not as pretty

Location was great, short walk to Metro, supermarket across the road. Staff very friendly. The small garden was pleasant to eat a meal. Cold water and tea and coffee free to guests at reception. A microwave and fridge also available for use at reception.
We were in the garden section on 2nd floor. There's no lift, consider this if it's an issue. Split system air con wasn't in a great location above the entry door around from the bed. A basic room requiring a little love and attention, especially the bathroom. The fridge is a cooler box..
