This was easily my best hotel experience in Paris ever, even after having visited many times. The hotel is thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, my room was spacious and incredibly well-appointed, and the staff could not have been more professional and accommodating. Its location, just down the block from The Pantheon and a few blocks from Notre Dame, also makes it a gem I’d return to again and again.

Absolutely spotlessly clean. Staff amazingly helpful and polite. Easy access to central Paris for either a walk, or reasonable taxi.
Breakfast served by a wonderful lady with so many choices. An excellent selection of breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, cereal and scrambled eggs. Perfect way to start the day.
1. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The room was VERY small. It’s no surprise that there are no pictures of a bathroom on the website. The bath is only big enough for a baby. The “wardrobe” was so small, my suit jacket was dragging on the floor. There are no instructions on how to activate the room safe.
2. Nobody tells you about the “tourist tax”. I was immediately charged an extra €50. This is not the fault of the hotel, I know, but you need to know this.
3. Water in the room is only supplied complimentary on the first day. I have never experienced this in any hotel I have stayed in, around the world. Do not pay the €4 that they charge you for a small single bottle of water. Go to the little mini market over the road and buy the same thing for €1.50.

Let me start with the location, which is incredible! If you plan to only sleep in your room and be outside for the rest of your time, this is amazing.
The room I had was VERY tiny. It could basically only fit the bed, that is it. Breakfast is advertised as incredible, but was very mediocre and limited. For this money, please search for something better.
