The location was perfect for my work trip, the breakfast was good and the staff were super accommodating and nice!
The three main downsides in my opinion-
1. The "single" room was absolutely tiny
2. The elevator didn't work much of the time (though I was only on the second floor and had no problem going up and down the stairs)
3. The room was fairly noisy from the street below, despite being situated toward the side of the building

The location was incredible, it was very close to the metro line which allowed east access to the airports and various sights in Milan. The staff were incredibly helpful with suggestions of where to eat and what to see. On our day of departure we were able to securely leave our luggage in reception while we made the most of our last day in Milan.
