Easy to locate. Jackson made us feel welcome and gave us breakfast to go for our flight. He was knowledgeable in technical services around the city!
No aircon. But we manage to open the door slightly during night time.

The hotel is a few minutes away from the tram and metro station so getting around is relatively easy.
The hotel is quite old and in need of renovation. The lift is old and scary, lots of hard jumps that seem like it may stop at any time. The rooms are definitely not worth 4 stars. Our room was small and there was only a thin summer blanket on the bed, not enough when it was 3 degrees during the night. The breakfast was also nothing to write home about with expired butter and cold eggs. The receptionist is also not very friendly. When we asked where to go for Christmas markets, she laughed as if it should have been obvious to us. We were then informed about city tax as we were leaving, not before, so we left with an even worse sour taste in our mouth. It is definitely not worth the money we paid and we will not be returning. Not recommended in the least!
