I didn't leave with anything special, apart from the bed which was very confortable.
The room we received was on the 12th floor and there was only one elevator in operation. I only had one night's, so i can't say much... It was ok

Hotel is very clean, receptionists were very helpful, rooms were so informative about rules and recommendations. Receptionists used to handle situations even if they were busy, I can remember when they could not answer my call and they called me back and asked what I needed. Location is good, not very central, but in a calm area, which is easily reachable from downtown by bus and metro. I asked them and they let me have late check-out with no charge. I liked their English, speaking like native speakers.
The only thing, I dod not like is that I think, there were no disposable slippers (hotel slippers), or there were and I could not find. Finally, I had my slippers and used them. I have no idea about the possible reason of not placing slippers in a room.

The hotel is very basic. The Lobby is nice with all the plants, but the rooms are old and basic.

The room had a decent area and the bed was comfortable. Works well as a B&B.
The facilities should definitely be refurbished. The location is not that good. Definitely not a 4* hotel.
