This friendly place with a Cuban inspired theme, is a real find. Everything was cozy and spotlessly clean. The common bathroom was modern, spacious and only shared between 2 rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a DSA outdoor terrace next to it. The downstairs bar is beautiful, open until late, and has a terrace out on the back, DSA, and keeps local prices. Excellent location within walking distance from the bus and train stations. There's a convenience store next door. Excellent base for doing a day trip to Cesky Krumlov, to avoid the tourist prices there. Excellent WiFi everywhere.
Check in only starts at 4pm when the bar opens. There's nobody there earlier, so you can't even drop off luggage.

No elevator so it’s a bit of an effort to drag your gear up to the 3rd floor

Everything you’d want to do or see is within 20 min walking distance from property. Access to the bar from hallway. Every room has its own key card so you’re certain it’s only you and the people you share a room with going in and out. Large cabinet with lock and key for clothes/ valuables. Check in and check out was also super easy and quick.
The bar closes at 1am!

It does the basics properly - the room was excellent and comfy and it was only a short walk from the station
There’s no reception - just a locals bar, so if the bar is closed you have to call for help (luckily for me, someone came in 10 minutes). The walls are really thin, I heard the bar from the third floor and someone was shouting at 4am on the one of the floors. The WiFi also went off several times
