Sehr gut

Das Hostal hat uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war groß genug. Wir hatten genügend Ablageflächen. Die Umgebung war trotz der guten Lage sehr ruhig.

Emplacement parfait. Hôte très sympathique et à l’écoute.

L’hôte à l’écoute et très arrangeant. Emplacement parfait, sur la plage. Parking gratuit facile.

Notre première chambre était très bruyante. Bruit de portes, de voix et de ménage et énorme raisonnance des douches et wc des chambres au dessus. Impression de chute d’eau qui dégouline du plafond. Nous avons eu une autre chambre avec vue sur la mer, parfaite et silencieuse sans étage au dessus.

Un vrai petit séjour merveilleux!

Un petit resto juste en dessous de l’hôtel un vrai régal!

Le seul point négatif était l’insonorisation, nous entendions trop nos voisins de chambre.

We loved it and we will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

It was very good placement. We had all the restaurants nearby and train station was couple minutes away. Also the beach was really close.

The only thing we found quite annoying was the neighbours who were quite loud at night occasionally.

Hidden Gem

What an absolute hidden gem! Honestly this place deserves more than the 1* rating (if you know rating systems, they actually don't mean much anyway). It's within minutes to the beach and the town and so conveniently located. The room is comfortable and although small it's perfect. We stayed in a sea view twin room (little upgrade from city view from the star extremely kind Pedro) with a small balcony area and little mictowave/kettle (perfect for the first cup of tea). The bathroom had a shower cubicle with a bodywash/shower gel inside along with supplied towels (bath and hand towel). There was also a supply of hand wash and lotion, these were vegan friendly and smelt wonderful. There was also a television and air conditioning. Absolute Highlight was the welcome and friendly staff, Pedro was an absolute star and a credit with fantastic communication (his English is much better than any Spanish I could hope to learn). Location wise - Only a few steps away is the beach (sunbeds were €7) and a supermarket which sold all usual goods including water, tea, food bits that could be stored in the fridge in room. The hotel is also very close to the restaurants and beach and a 20min walk to the train station (with direct access to the airport). Another worthwhile location is Benalmadena which is a 40minute walk if you turn left along beach and worth a trip (recommend a boat trip from harbour).

Friendly stay

On arrival receptionist Pedro was very helpful, friendly and welcoming, he has explained all, gave recommendations what to see, where to eat. The view from the balcony was amazing! Thank you, we did enjoy every minute of our stay!

This was our second time here, Pedro is an excellent host. He is very friendly, and gives great tips about where to go. The rooms are comfortable. I am a picky sleeper but here the matresses are exceptionally comfortable, I always had good quality sleep here. The location is great, beach and town both very near.

Came here for a night before flight. It's ~15min ride from airport with trail which is rasy to use. Very hospitable and warm staff! They'll help with any question at anytime and You can leave your luggage at reception if you need after the check out. The room with a seasight magnificent! good price and quality. Rooms are clean and you have there everything you need. Location is excelent, you have beach, restourants , town reachable in a minute. totally reccomrnd to visit!

Better than high-rise mega hotels near by. Sea views, cozy/compact. easy parking,

Easy Parking (Pharmacy, Tobacanist, supermarket restaurants all within a few steps) Compact room with everything I needed. Sea views. In my opinion, much nicer than the nearby high-rise mega hotels! I only stayed one night but would, in the future, stay 5-7 days.

It was raining, but hey! Rain was needed and rarely happens ; )
