The location is great--just down the road from the main street of Keystone. The tents are sturdy, the furniture and set up is attractive, the bathroom & shower are nice. When my family had an emergency and had to leave early, the manager and the workers were very helpful.
I honestly did not realize that there wasn't any electricity or air conditioning. I had never "glamped" before, and I just assumed that, if there was a working bathroom & shower, then that meant it had everything. My mistake! We were provided lanterns and small fans to keep in our room. (along with batteries to plug into) This definitely added to the 'theme' of staying in a tent!

It was a hot day and night, the tent was closed and in the sun when we checked in, so the tent was sweltering. The small fan did not effectively ventilate and cool the unit. It was very uncomfortable and sleep was non-existent.
It was not disclosed until after booking that all units (including ours) did NOT have bathroom facilities in the unit. We adapted but expect that up front.
