The staff is incredibly kind and caring. It could easily check in at 2 am and generally they speak English as well and help you out with any kinds of questions you might have.

Superb

The staff speak English!!!. Rooms are big and clean. Shower has hot water and shampoo and shower gel. Toilet was clean and cleaned everyday. Beds are comfortable with reading lamp, plug and curtains. Also there is a mosquito net in the bed which I found very usufull because there are a lot of mosquitos in Hainan Island. Big common area with pool table and books. Also nice garden outside. Staff also helped me to find a place to do the COVID test in Haikou and to take a bus to the airport.

The premises are slightly worn but everything is very clean and working so it's not a problem.

Everything you want from a hostel

Location was good, with walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, a starbucks etc. Also plenty of public bikes around if you have a Chinese app for it, otherwise you can get bikes from the hostel. The closest beach was 10-15 min by bike. Not the most beautiful of Hainan, but still good. And although its next to a big city, it was still quiet and the water was good, so it was perfect for me I had a private room with a single bed, also good. The personnel and owners were very friendly and helpful with everything i needed to know. And plenty of space to meet other travelers which was also fun. So yeah it had everything i desire from a hostel. After traveling around the island i came back for another 3 days in this hostel which was also good

Excellent place to stay

Since first moment, I feel really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. They speak good English. The accommodation was clean and was everything I need. The location was perfect as the was a bus station really close and most of the attractions were close. I really like it.

Exceptional

The location is easy to get there by K4 bus from Haikou airport. The staff speak English very well and so helful. The room is so clean and the atmosphere is open and comfortable.

good location, clean and tidy, nice room design, friendly staff, there is a nice backyard with a pond with fishes and turtles, my son loved it so much! I’ve stayed in several hotels in Haikou but highly recommend only this one!

Cosy little nook for a quick sojourn to Haikou

Nice set up, reasonable prices, bikes available on site, small cafe at lobby (disclaimer: i have not tried the food , but it looked good enough), a couple of resident kitties

It was just off a main street, which was good but the walkway there was flooded about 6 inches deep when I first got there, which was certainly not ideal.
