Extremely expensive for what we we experienced

The staff and location were good

Showers didn’t work and had brown water, cockroach fell on me

Would stay here just for the location, it’s brilliant.

Location is absolutely amazing!! Walk out of the hotel and your on the beach, huge pool with plenty of sun loungers. Staff were brilliant, any issues and they’ll sort it straight away.

The food wasn’t great, the two times we ate there it was cold, we did ask our food to be reheated however it still came back fridge temperature cold.

it's good.

well, it's just located at the beach but a little bit from the bars so that you can enjoy the beach and also get sleep easily in midnitght. My daughter is very like the big swimming pool since it was built earlier maybe ten years before. but that's not a big problem. we booked the bugalow three days which named B1 is good especially the big balcony,Air conditioner works well.

the housekeeping service won't work unless you leave the keys to the front desk in the morning and ask for. the price on this island almost double than Samui(the 7-11 self-brand 1.5L drinking water charge you 20B here but 13B at Samui). but this is not the fault of the hotel.The bathroom should be refurbished or at least needs a curtain.

Great place to stay with kids they loved the pool and right on the beach also very central to everything, I would highly recommend 😁

Nice pool good location for full moon party Friends had a private three person room that was nice

Booked a ten person room but was put into a 24 bed room Cockroaches in room Shower smelt bad and were blocked, entire bathroom was flooded

staff were not very helpful. wifi was not working and the aircon kept breaking. we didn’t ended up changing accommodation for the last night.

great location for full moon needs to be maintained better.

location for the full moon party was the best possible as you are at the main part of the party but it does mean you won’t get any sleep.

there were cockroaches running across the floor and my mate found one in his bed.

the location is perfect for the full moon party, right on the beach. The lady at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Beds were spotless and had a spacious balcony with furniture on it.

walls are quite thin, could hear a lot outside the room.

The staff was all very nice. Nice pool.

The place needs some basic maintenance work done. Seemed pretty run down. Still not sure if I got double charged or not.

quite place with an access straight to the beach and full moon party felt a bit like an air-bnb

The shower takes hours to drain so after you shower the toilet and bathroom is flooded

very average, only good for the full moon party location wouldn’t stay otherwise. if looking for location for full moon

- there was no light in the bungalow so it was dark all day and very difficult to see - very small space for luggage - toilet wasn’t working the entire length of our stay - bungalows were a steep walk uphill from the main resort area - food service was exceptionally slow, took 1 hour to get a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch

The hotel is right on the beach which was lovely. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The room and bathroom was quite basic but you can't expect too much more for the price. We stayed when the full moon party wasn't on so the area was very quiet, would be an ideal location for when the full moon party is on though!

The room and bathroom could do with an update, it also could be a little cleaner as we found a few large spiders.
