Great location close to the train station and historical Catania.
The building is older but everything was clean. The host and his son were very helpful and accommodating

Beautiful early 20th century « librrty » building

We booked the Promenade B&B for one night prior to departing Sicily the next morning for its location - a short walk to the train station (and bus to the airport). The room was basic but clean, and breakfast was included. The owner/manager used the computer to translate our communications.
Basic room but fine for a short stay. The shower unit was tricky. Not much space in the bathroom for clothes or toiletries.

Location was fairly central to downtown
aged and dated, refrigerator in room was very noisy had to unplug it at night. Breakfast was limited. Host had very limited english to help you with directions, although the family was very pleasant.
