Ares Hotel

The Ares Hotel is a lovely hotel and a rare find . You arrive to a quirky and quaint reception area with so much to see lots of creative design features. It’s a breath of fresh air in the corporate hotel world . It is so definitely a labour of love by the owner and presents a welcoming and well appointed home from home . It instantly leaves an impression on you . So much care and attention to detail .You feel instantly welcome and relaxed . The honey coloured interiors interspaced with a touch of floral patterns and plants . The breakfast room was bright and breezy with a delicious choice of items including smashed avocado and freshly made tomato sauce . There were fresh flowers in the bedrooms and on the breakfast tables , such a lovely touch .i loved the children’s play area and the gorgeous shop in the reception area.

Warm welcome, the staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely decorated interior. The breakfast was excellent more than enough with self service, good quality and plenty of choice. There was street parking opposite, the hotel does having a secure private parking garage for motorbike €7 a night, 5-10min walk into main square, all sights walkable

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Secured parking garage for a motorcycle. Good location, close to everything. Very abundant breakfast in a beautiful dining room.

Unfortunately our room had a smell of cigarettes and bed mattresses not comfortable
