We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our family. What impressed us the most was how kind, friendly, and helpful the staff were. They were always willing to assist us and went above and beyond to meet all our needs and make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
We truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and care we received. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to families.
No major issues to mention. Overall, we had a great stay.

Prime location in the Osmanbey metro area; Wonderful reception staff
nothing really, the place was what I expected for this price for the area, which is quite trendy and expensive.

The staff members were understanding, kind and reliable people, thank you very much. location is very good. the room was warm. this was great. I didn't get cold in cold weather. They are interested in cleaning. the hotel was safe.
windows do not close, because the hotel is in the center, there is a lot of noise. The windows are broken, when they don't close, more noise comes. The shower set in the bathroom was broken, it was very difficult to take a shower, the bathroom walls should be painted. it was moldy . the room was full of too much stuff, it didn't leave any comfortable space. a small room for all that stuff.
