location very quiet, nice indoor garden, with large living room. all needed facilities. clean freshly washed cotton bedsheets, fresh towels for a 5euro fee. owner really friendly to solve a small isue. I recommend it
air conditioning installed only in living room, had to use the 2 available mobile fans to blow cool air into the bedrooms. this affects intimacy as you can't close the doors and you will suffer from high heat.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig an einer Seitenstraße in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel gelegen. Die geräumige Wohnung hat eine freundliche Atmosphäre und ist vollständig/ funktional ausgestattet. Alle Fenster sind mit elektrischen Rolläden verdunkelbar und ein leicht einstellbares Klimagerät sorgt an Hitzetagen für angenehme Temperaturen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein Gemeinschaftsraum/ -Küche mit Waschmaschine und eine gemeinschaftliche Sonnenterasse sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuß) und der Bahnhof, von dem man direkt in die nahe gelegenen Städte Avignon, Nimes, Arles und Montpellier kommt, ist ca. 15 - 20min zu Fuß entfernt.

Studio lumineux, literie confortable.
Pas d évier, une kitchenette doit comprendre un évier avec pont d eau. Il suffisait de faire une vraie salle de bain, c est à la mode la baignoire dans la chambre. Mais une vraie salle de bains c est mieux. Il fallait allonger une cloison d 1 m 50 d en faire une à la place de l étagère, une porte coulissante, deux fois 1 m 50 de tuyau cuivre, 1 m 50 de tuyau pour l évacuation. Et nous avions un beau studio avec salle de bain agréable et une vraie kitchenette. Plus besoin de descendre pour faire la vaisselle.
