I like that it was affordable and near main areas like Fuente-Osmeña circle. I also loved that they don't require down payments and I only paid upon check-in. Staff was really nice too and it was easy talking to them. 😊
I kinda didn't like how room cleaning wasn't automatic. We usually have to let them know if we wanted our room cleaned. Also, I kinda worried about the integral structure of the building because I honestly feel like it was a bit shaky or it felt like there was always a mild earthquake--we were at 8th floor. It would'e been better if they have a hot and cold dispense instead of having an electric kettle in our room. It worried that the smoke alarm would be triggered after each round of boiling our water for coffee. Also, altho the bed was comfortable, it was squeaky so if guests would be there (esp couples who would be intimate, beds would make a sound) Plus they need to update their tv, we didn't get to enjoy the tv because cable wasn't really working 😅

The staffs. Very accomadating and helpful.
The shower is not good. No hot shower. Theres are some mosquitos and small ants anywhere in the room. And the bed are dusty even the small table besides the bed. They dont provide bath mat or dry towels for the feet.
