Quiet and peaceful grounds/place with garden in otherwise very busy/central part of Mactan. Only the garden and central location are the good things. If this is what you want, go for it.
BUT Facilities are really old and havent been updated. If you only need a functioning room, toilet, shower - it's OK. But there are newer and more accessible (more food & massage, taxi/Grab, grocery & nicer beddings & towels) hostel options at beach hostels near Mactan Newton that cost almost the same. If you want near beach with better room, bed, amenities, transpo - book near Mactan Newtown
