Location superb. Rooms very clean and comfortable, with good sound proofing from the street. Good continental breakfast selection. All staff are very friendly and professional.

Lovely staff, very helpful and attentive.
Breakfast is a lovely selection of fresh bread and pastries, cold and hot foods. The location is ideal, very central and close to main shopping streets and convenient for the tram but very quiet.

The hotel was excellently located , clean and comfortably furnished
We had been placed in a double room with very large shower which was wheelchair accessible even though neither of us was disabled.
Not a warm welcome
When we arrived we were met with a somewhat disinterested response and limited information
Breakfast
Good scrambled egg but other produce was very cold and moist due to recent refrigeration. Fly on cake.
Lift was out of use for a couple of days
