Location was across road from beach, a couple mins walk to cafes , icecream shop ,.surf club, shops , bar n grill and other restaurants n fast food places, servo n food works . No need for using the car which was a great bonus!
The holiday unit was the biggest and best set up !
2 seperate bedrooms with built in wardrobes, seperate toilet and laundry.
A proper lounge room and full size dining table and nice balcony with sea view !
It felt like you were in a full size house !
It was exceptionally clean and the bed i slept in was a expensive high mattress that made me sleep with no pain in my back. ( no push two beds together set up ) proper lamps n bed side tables n couch to .
The kitchen with pantry had extensive cardboard space n unlike most holiday rentals it had every single item u would need . Things like glad wrap and al foil n plastic containers, big cheese platters, tea bag holders was so good . I loved that there was a bottle of washing up liquid instead of one sachet n a jig saw puzzle and about 10 diffrent paperback novels to read .
It was decorated very homely n had a nice vibe.
Even though it was on esplanade u didnt hear traffic in bed n it was easy to get to sleep . The gardens were lush n also maintained .there was ping pong table n one heated pool n one not heated n a sauna.
The manager was easy going , easy to communicate with ,genuine and very welcoming . The unit complex was fully booked however no noise and still private .
Big off street car parks , remote control gate . Value for money as well.
Id live here i loved ot so much .
Clothes rack lol it was my fault as when I moved it kept coming apart n im not coordinated lol but lots laughs .

Great location, walked straight across the road to the beach. Pub for dinner next door and Aldi up the road. Parking underneath made things easy and a safe. Items in room were fine (couch, beds, shower). We were on first floor. Bus stop and shops close by.
Room cleanliness. Was a musty smell in room and needs a paint and tidy up. Some of the cupboards need to be replaced in the bedroom, peeling at corners. Older style rooms but had everything we needed.

Run down ,no sun in our apartment, iron and vacuum didn't work, skirting boards rotting , no contact from anyone, floors filthy , supplies very scarce
