Cuidado que piden 150€ de fianza en mano y luego intenta quedarse con ella.

Ubicación y parking justo en la puerta.

No se te indica en la reserva pero luego se te cobra una fianza de 150€. Nosotros nos marchamos muy temprano y no pudimos hacer el checkout, el ayudante del anfitrión nos dijo que nos devolvía despues la fianza por PayPal pero no fue así, dijo que el estudio estaba sucio (cosa que no era cierta) y que nos quitaba la fianza porque había tenido que contratar una empresa de limpieza, al final nos devolvió solo 100€. Mucho cuidado con ese tema de la fianza al hacer la reserva, sobre todo si os vais a ir antes de hacer el checkout porque el chico que lleva los apartamentos (nos indicó que llevaba la gestión de 40 allí) es un estafadr y va a intentar quedarse con ella.

Apartement sale Panne d électricité/d eau chaude Vaisselle sale Four sale Frigo sale Terrasse sale Télévision minuscule Un fusible du compteur électrique à carrément éclaté, nous avons du jouer avec les fusibles du compteur pour avoir courant et eau chaude tout les jours. Porte congélateur cassée Porte compteur tombante Porte papier WC cassé Radiateur chambre ne tenait pas au mur. Chaleur étouffante dans l apartement. Voisin casse pied (engueulade pour mes enfants qui jouaient sur le parking) A notre arrivée seau avec eau degueulasse ainsi que la serpillières à l entrée non rangée. UNE VRAI CATASTROPHE.
