The hotel, location both so good and easy to find, facilities, right close to the Pinnawala Elephant orphanage infact, the hotel space including a large garden for kids to walk. Pool just ideal for kids that has no deep end. Staff that is so friendly , helpful and always smiling despite it being such a bad period for the industry and a first class hotel manager, "Anil" who also happen to be a chef was so friendly and supportive. The breakfast they served which cuisine I selected was Sri Lankan was fabulous. Delivered a great experience overall. I just have nothing but rave praise to give. Very good place you have to visit.
