die Zimmer waren sehr schön. wir hatten einen Top Blick ins Zillertal. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut.
war etwas abseits mit steiler Stichstraße.

Breakfast. Parking. The view from the room they gave me the second night.
Upon my arrival they didn't have the room I reserved and gave mine to another guest (as confirmed by the person at the reception that day). I contacted Booking support as soon as I find out but they never reply to my support request. I was obligated to stay the first night in a room with no balcony, facing the back of the property (see picture), small, and not like the ones they have listed. I was given room #5 which they don't show anywhere. I complained and was moved to the right room the next day. Changing rooms ruined all my morning plans and the experience. At the end, the property refused to compensate the first night.
